The big question I have here is, why do they have to be? Are women of color not just as capable of being ideal visions?

The whole point of shifts we see to take down white supremacy is to erase the notion that any singular race or demographic is held as the ideal, but rather that we can all be looked at (literally and figuratively) as an example to strive toward.
